NOTE: Once ExpressionEngine is installed it becomes the sole responsibility of the end-user. Updates, bug fixes, or other maintenance issues are not provided by EngineHosting. The installation services we provide are a one time service, not an ongoing maintenance service. Any fees associated with new versions of EllisLab.com software must be paid by the user. Support for ExpressionEngine is provided though the forums at ExpressionEngine.com, not by EngineHosting.

Refund Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable software we do not issue refunds once a transaction has been completed and software is either downloaded or installed on our web servers.
Software licenses are not included in hosting refunds if/when you take advantage of our 30 day Money Back Hosting offer, and the 20% discount on ExpressionEngine as a hosting client is only valid if you have hosted for a minimum of 3 months. Taking advantage of the 30 day Money Back Hosting offer requires the payment of the 20% discount provided at hosting sign-up. The ExpressionEngine 20% discount amount will be subtracted from the refunded Hosting fees.
All software offered by EllisLab, Inc. (EllisLab.com) is available for evaluation prior to purchasing at ExpressionEngine.com. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software you are interested in before purchasing to determine its suitability for your purposes.
