What do you mean by "fully managed" hosting?
This refers to the type of server level administration we provide. Functions like root/shell access is retained by our staff, functionality is the same as our Load-balanaced VPS solutions, but physical server resources are of course fully dedicated to your specific needs. We only configure and maintain the software and server daemons covered by a base Redhat Enterprise v5 installation, ie: versions of apache, mysql, perl, php, sftp access, etc. are what are shipped and provided full support by Redhat support engineers.
All apache log storage, email accounts, stats, sFTP access, etc. are still handled by our central servers, allowing your dedicated systems to focus on handling your web site traffic rather than secondary tasks that we already take care of elsewhere.
We handle the server side administration and maintenance of your systems, you supply and maintain the web applications that power your web site. Simple as that.
