Update Service

For $10/month, in addition to any web hosting plan, EngineHosting staff will update your HelpSpot installation each time a new version is released. Our staff will make sure to communicate with you, before, during, and after any software updates are done, to ensure everything is handled smoothly and without surprises. This can be easily added during our sign-up process, or you can add this at any time after sign-up by contacting our billing department. This service also requires you to maintain a valid support contract for your HelpSpot license.
